Learn more about us at www.allegiantmfg.com What You'll Do Set up and operate laser cutting equipment Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality Utilize Mastercam programming software Follow safety procedures and manufacturing best practices Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For Experience operating laser cutting machines Experience with or knowledge of Mastercam programming Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Basic math and measurement skills Dependable work ethic and strong safety mindset High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/training Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to stand and move throughout an 8- to 10-hour shift Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment Build Your Future with Allegiant Manufacturing If you're looking for a stable manufacturing career with competitive benefits, a supportive team, and a schedule that gives you every Friday off, apply today.
