Health/Dental/Vision•PTO•401k match Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and control system equipment, including motors, generators, and associated plant systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues involving Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), process instrumentation, and Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS). Maintain and service electrical distribution equipment, including 480V through high-voltage switchgear, motor control centers (MCCs), transformers, and related components. Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, while ensuring compliance with company, environmental, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, equipment histories, and inspection records. Collaborate with operations personnel and contractors to optimize equipment reliability, troubleshoot plant issues, and support ongoing plant performance improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), wiring diagrams, and control system drawings. Strong background in industrial electrical, instrumentation, and controls maintenance, typically supported by journeyman-level experience or equivalent technical expertise. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining process control systems, instrumentation, and electrical equipment in an industrial or power generation environment. Proficient in the use of electrical testing devices, calibration equipment, diagnostic tools, and standard hand tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. #ENG1
