Maintain and optimize production equipment to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical drawings. Perform equipment inspections, rebuilds, retrofits, and preventive maintenance. Support process instrumentation, drives, and control systems. Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records. Train and support team members on equipment operation and safety procedures. Follow all plant safety and environmental standards. Required Qualifications Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent industrial maintenance experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with industrial equipment, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and process controls. Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics. Strong computer and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience. Welding, pipefitting, millwright, or fabrication experience. Experience with instrumentation, VFDs, and manufacturing process equipment. Work Environment Manufacturing plant environment. Frequent walking, climbing, lifting, and equipment repair activities. Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds. On-call availability for emergency maintenance support, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
