Louisville, Kentucky Pay $18/hr Job Summary We are hiring an experienced Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and process small electronic devices including mobile phones, laptops, and tablets. This role involves hands-on technical work, device troubleshooting, soldering, and system logging in a clean, modern facility. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair mobile phones, computers, laptops, and tablets Perform assembly, disassembly, and level 2 soldering (SMT components) Accurately log devices and update repair status in the system Follow work instructions, procedures, and quality standards Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs efficiently Maintain productivity and meet daily quotas Use hand tools and equipment safely Requirements 3+ years of experience in device repair (phones/computers) Strong troubleshooting and soldering skills Good computer and data entry skills High attention to detail and ability to work independently Familiarity with repair processes and electronic components Work Environment Clean, climate-controlled facility with individual workstations. First-shift schedule with a focus on quality and productivity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
