This position is ideal for someone who is retired or looking for consistent part-time work. You'll spend approximately 1-2 hours each morning, Monday-Saturday , walking the property, monitoring building systems, handling basic maintenance, and identifying issues before they become larger problems. Responsibilities Property & Building Maintenance Conduct daily interior and exterior walkthroughs to ensure the property is clean, safe, and well maintained. Look for issues such as leaks, damaged ceiling tiles, burned-out lights, cleanliness concerns, and other maintenance needs. Building Systems & Preventative Maintenance Monitor HVAC, heating, cooling, boiler, and utility systems. Check filters, drain pans, meters, and equipment as needed. Coordinate seasonal HVAC inspections, pest control, weed control, and other routine maintenance. Basic Repairs Handle light maintenance projects such as replacing light bulbs, door handles, andceiling tiles; touching up paint; and performing minor HVAC or plumbing repairs. Vendor Coordination Coordinate with HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other vendors when professional repairs are needed. Meet vendors on-site when necessary. Ideal Candidate Dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently Handy and comfortable with basic maintenance Able to climb ladders and use equipment such as blowers, lift/carry moderately heavy materials. Available 1-2 hours each morning, Monday-Saturday Occasionally available for urgent issues during evenings or weekends
