Our client is currently seeking a Service Repair Technician to support customers throughout the Boston/Arlington, MA market. Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial housekeeping equipment, including floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, vacuums, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely, professional service. Demonstrate proper equipment operation and answer customer questions regarding maintenance and usage. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory of replacement parts and supplies. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Stay current on new equipment, repair techniques, and industry best practices. Follow all company safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience repairing, servicing, or maintaining commercial or industrial equipment. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience working with commercial housekeeping or floor care equipment is highly preferred. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.
