• Flexible hours About the role: The Line Maintenance Technician works with project teams, R D technicians, engineers and scientists with the release and preventative maintenance of Equipment.

VISABoston Scientific will not offer sponsorship or take over sponsorship of an employment VISA for this position at this time Your responsibilities will include: Maintains Equipment Files. Performs scheduled and unscheduled Equipment Preventative Maintenance R D and DV equipment. Works with Engineers to release Equipment. Validate equipment and new processes. Maintain complex test equipment, train staff on its operations, and schedule necessary calibration or preventative maintenance. Identify additional or new vendors to identify and acquire necessary supplies, materials, equipment and tools for specific projects.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years' experience equipment maintenance experience. Certifications in lieu of experience considered High School Diploma /degree/equivalent Coordinate maintenance activates with Calibration department and notify them through CMMS on all unscheduled work orders Knowledge and experience on mechanical, electrical, PLC and computer interface equipment Knowledge of quality system and FDA regulation

Preferred Qualifications:

Two-year Technical Degree (i.e., AA, Certificate) or equivalent Experience working with medical device or pharmaceutical companies
