This is a remote technician role, traveling to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided repair van equipped with the tools and parts you need. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, comfortable working independently, and motivated by hands-on repair work, route efficiency, and strong time management. Paid training included. Performance incentivizations can add $500-$2000 monthly on top of hourly pay. Duties Travel to scheduled customer appointments in a company-provided repair van Complete mobile phone repairs and diagnostics in the field Manage route timing and daily workload efficiently Maintain accurate work orders, parts scans, and repair documentation Communicate professionally with customers and management Maintain van, tools, inventory, and work area Follow repair, safety, and operational procedures Support in-store operations when needed Qualifications Dependable and self-motivated Comfortable working independently in the field Coachable and willing to learn Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Organized with good time management Professional with customers and teammates Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Adaptable to changing routes and workload Accountable for tools, parts, vehicles, and documentation Team-focused and willing to support store operations when needed Comfortable driving for extended periods Safe, responsible driving habits Phone repair experience recommended but not required Professional driving / logistics experience recommended but not required Why choose us?
