Internship:

Escape Room Game Technician and become a vital part of creating immersive, exciting experiences for our guests! In this internship role, you will assist in building, maintaining and troubleshooting escape room setups, ensuring all puzzles, props, and technical elements operate flawlessly. This hands-on position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop construction/game design/technical skills in a dynamic entertainment environment while supporting the seamless delivery of thrilling adventures. Your energetic attitude and mechanical aptitude will help craft memorable moments for our visitors every day. Duties Help game designers build individualized challenges that fit each game theme Perform routine maintenance on puzzles, props, lighting, sound systems, and electronic devices. We utilize Arduino raspberry pi, low voltage signal sources. Use hand tools and basic electrical testing devices such as ohmmeters to troubleshoot issues Support the repair and replacement of hardware components, including computer hardware and low voltage systems Follow schematics and technical diagrams to diagnose equipment malfunctions Conduct safety checks on all mechanical and electronic systems to ensure guest safety Collaborate with team members to improve room functionality and troubleshoot technical problems quickly There's also a networking / video surveillance/dvr aspect of the internship that you will learn. Experience Prior experience in field service or service technician roles is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, equipment repair, and maintenance procedures Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and schematics Mechanical knowledge related to electronic or mechanical systems is a plus Experience working with low voltage electrical systems or using tools like ohmmeters is preferred Previous exposure to computer networking or electronic troubleshooting will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently in a fast-paced environment This internship provides a unique chance to gain practical skills in electronics, mechanical systems, and technical troubleshooting within an exciting entertainment setting.
