Computer & Tech Expert:

Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs PC hardware, software, circuit boards, and specialized test equipment while performing regular calibration and maintenance.

Data & Excel Specialist:

Leverages Excel macros and advanced data analysis to document test results, perform rigorous quality assurance checks, and deduce root causes for complex technical failures.

Agile Execution:

Highly responsive to direction with a strong willingness to strictly execute orders, seamlessly shift priorities, and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

Team & Independent Player:

Highly adaptable professional who excels when collaborating within a large team, yet is fully capable of working independently to manage deliverables and deadlines.

Proactive Problem Solving:

Applies creative and deductive reasoning to troubleshoot novel technical issues, taking proactive measures to prevent recurring faults in complex test equipment and radio hardware.

Process Execution & Communication:

Methodically navigates multi-step testing procedures, clearly conveying routine factual information and project statuses to team leads while proposing actionable solutions to impending obstacles.

Communication & Presentation:

Accurately follows complex verbal directives and extensive written documentation, with the ability to clearly present work progress, data, and findings during staff meetings.

Streamlined Data Tracking & Reporting:

Immediately leveraging advanced Excel skills (including macros) to optimize how test results are documented, analyzed, and presented during staff meetings.

Rapid Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance:

Quickly diagnosing and repairing PC hardware, software, and specialized test equipment while executing strict quality control checks to ensure optimal performance.

Agile Execution & Operational Support:

Seamlessly adapting to shifting priorities by strictly executing complex verbal and written directives, ensuring multi-step testing procedures are completed accurately whether working independently or supporting the larger team. Software & PC Skills Experience in Microsoft Excel (for data tracking, reporting, and analysis).

Solid general computer/PC operating knowledge and basic networking skills.

Basic coding skills is a plus
