Job Summary Forced Induction Motorsport is seeking experienced Euro(Audi, VW, BMW, Mercedes, ect.) technicians to join our busy team. We are conveniently located next to 795 freeway by the Owings Mills area. Forced Induction Motorsport has a seasoned staff of technicians, all of the latest equipment, hub dyno, alignment rack, 7 bay shop, and easy to use electronic multipoint inspection system. If you have a proven track record in diagnostics, repairs or maintenance and thrive in a collaborative atmosphere, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Follow the shop's standard operating procedure for completing individual tasks in a time efficient manner to perform quality service. Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools to identify issues across vehicle systems. Conduct repairs and maintenance on vehicles with precision. Interpret automotive wiring diagrams accurately to diagnose electrical faults. Maintain detailed documentation of diagnostics, repairs, parts used and service reports. Qualifications Prior experience in Euro based dealer or independent shop. Confidence in engine and electrical diagnostics with ability to lean on shop's team when in unknown territory. Ability to work independently to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision. Ability to articulate needs for repairs/maintenance/upgrades to customers when needed. Desire to maximize pay by being as efficient as possible without sacrificing quality of work. Desire to learn the automotive performance world if not already familiar. Pay:
$26.26 - $45.00 per hour
