Ready to keep an automated car wash running at its best? At Olympus Pines—one of the fastest-growing Tommy's Express Car Wash franchise groups—we're searching for an Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Technician in Waldorf, MD . If you thrive on diagnosing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing systems, this role puts you at the center of uptime and customer experience. Why this role?
Pay:

Comfortable around 480V power and low-voltage controls? Mechanical savvy with bearings, gearboxes, and component repair? Experienced with pneumatics (solenoids, air shocks) and hydraulics? Capable in welding and metal fabrication? Confident plumbing PVC and copper, including solenoid valves? Able to balance multiple priorities without losing focus? Willing to respond outside traditional business hours when needed? Holding a valid driver's license and acceptable MVR? What you'll tackle Use a digital work order system to capture findings, prioritize tasks, and close out maintenance work Prevent issues before they start through proactive inspections and timely repairs Collaborate with Site Leaders to elevate equipment performance and throughput Keep your company vehicle neat and fully stocked with tools, parts, and consumables Stay sharp on new procedures, updates, and industry best practices Deliver results that align with Olympus Pines quality standards Physical capabilities Can you stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as part of your routine? You'll need to lift up to 50 lbs independently (and up to 75 lbs with assistance), climb an 8 foot ladder, safely enter and work in a service pit, operate indoors and outdoors in varying weather, use hand and power tools safely, and work in tight or elevated spaces.
