Job Description

Laser and Dye Sublimation Production We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our tight-knit team as a Laser and Dye Sublimation Production Team Member. This role is essential in supporting our production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of equipment, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Job Duties Material Handling:
Receive, organize, and inspect incoming materials for production. Assist in managing inventory and storage to optimize workflow.
Equipment Operation:
Operate laser and dye sublimation machines according to established procedures. Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform basic maintenance tasks.
Production Support:
Prepare materials for production, assist with laser cutting and engraving, and operate the heat press for dye sublimation products.
Quality Control:
Inspect products for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Order Fulfillment:
Assist with packaging and shipping of finished products.
General Labor:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Skills and Qualifications Technical Proficiency:
Experience with power tools and machinery. Ability to learn and operate laser and dye sublimation equipment.
Physical Ability:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet for an extended period. Attention to

Strong focus on accuracy and precision in tasks .
Teamwork:
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Computer Skills:
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software.
