DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead harness reworks with technicians, engineers, customer personnel, 3rd parties, and /or El Paso, Texas rework team. Take on additional responsibilities for vehicle testing and troubleshooting. Manage 3rd party rework teams to ensure reworks are being performed correctly. Provide engineering support for any major issues/stop builds for all Mexico manufacturing locations. Good communication, time management and interpersonal skills required, support day-to-day activities/customer requests. Participate/support cross functional team meetings/document/track reworks. Suppor preproduction and production build phases for harness reworks or repair at customer facilities.

MINIMUM POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

Background and experience in wire harness or automotive DC electrical troubleshooting and repair.

Mechanic certification a plus or preferred.

HR or GED, 3+ years in electrical engineering.

Travel required.
