Are you an experienced Automation Technician, Industrial Maintenance Technician, Mechatronics Technician, Controls Technician, Robotics Technician, PLC Technician, Electrical Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Electrician looking for your next career opportunity? We're seeking a skilled Assembly Automation Technician to support advanced automated manufacturing equipment in a modern automotive production facility. Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly equipment.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and industrial automation systems.
- Maintain industrial robots, conveyors, sensors, servo motors, and vision systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Calibrate, align, lubricate, and inspect production equipment.
- Minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment failures.
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards. QualificationsRequired
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, or automation experience. Preferred
- Industrial Robotics (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Motoman)
- PLC Troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell)
- HMI, Vision Systems, Servo Motors & Drives, VFDs
- Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
- Electrical Controls and Automated Assembly Equipment
- Preventive Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Lean Manufacturing
