Full Job Description CNC Machine Operator Starting Pay:
$18.00/hour

Full-Time Schedule:
Monday -Friday 6am-6pm We are looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will operate manual CNC machinery, inspect finished parts, and assist with finishing, deburring, packaging, and inventory.
What You'll Do:
Operate CNC and shop machinery safely and efficiently Finish and deburr parts Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications Measure and mark parts as needed Complete production and inspection paperwork Assist with assembly, packaging, and inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety, quality, and training requirements Work as part of a team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For:
Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic shop math skills Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing or machine shop experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Requirements Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent use of hands and fingers Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with higher noise levels and varying temperatures
