Automation Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift Sign-On Bonus Available! Ready for your next opportunity in industrial automation and maintenance? We're hiring an experienced Assembly Automation Technician to support a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing operation. If you enjoy troubleshooting automated equipment, solving technical problems, and working hands-on with PLCs, robotics, vision systems, pneumatics, and industrial machinery , this could be a great next step in your career. Sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates! What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment and machinery Diagnose issues involving PLCs, robotic systems, vision systems, pneumatics, and electrical/mechanical components Perform corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime Complete preventive maintenance, including cleaning, retooling, lubrication, calibration, alignment, and equipment adjustments Identify equipment issues and assist with process improvements Support production teams in maintaining safe and reliable equipment Follow established safety, quality, and maintenance procedures What We're Looking For High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 2+ years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience Hands-on experience troubleshooting industrial or automated manufacturing equipment Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Ability to work 3rd Shift Preferred Experience Experience with any of the following is a plus: PLC troubleshooting Industrial automation Robotics and vision systems Pneumatic systems Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Preventive maintenance Automated assembly equipment High-volume manufacturing Completion of an applicable apprenticeship, technical program, or in-house training program is also preferred.
