We are looking for an experienced CNC Machining Post Process Technician to join our 3rd Shift Maintenance Team . This position is ideal for candidates with experience in Industrial Maintenance, CNC Repair, Automation, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Troubleshooting, PLC-controlled equipment, Robotics, and Manufacturing Maintenance. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining CNC machining centers and automated production equipment to maximize uptime, improve reliability, and support continuous production. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on CNC machining centers , high-pressure water deburr systems, and automated manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment , electrical systems, mechanical systems, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment. Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and diagnostic tools. Troubleshoot and maintain VFDs, servo motors, sensors, photo-eyes, relays, contactors, motors, bearings, conveyors, gearboxes, and industrial controls. Support automated manufacturing equipment and robotic production systems. Perform machine alignments, calibrations, lubrication, changeovers, and equipment setup. Respond quickly to production downtime and emergency machine repairs. Complete maintenance documentation using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems. Follow all OSHA and plant safety procedures. Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Experience with Fanuc or Universal Robots (UR) is a plus but not required.
