Job Description

Company Overview Partnered with a leading global industrial manufacturing company specializing in highly engineered components and advanced manufacturing solutions. The company operates modern manufacturing facilities utilizing CNC machining, automation, robotics, and precision manufacturing technologies. With a strong focus on quality, innovation, and operational excellence, the organization continues to invest in advanced equipment and manufacturing capabilities to improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity. Responsibilities Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair CNC machines, automated equipment, industrial robots, and supporting production systems. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNC machining centers, automation equipment, robotics, and facility systems. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues. Support and maintain PLC-controlled equipment, HMIs, sensors, VFDs, servo motors, and motion-control systems. Program, modify, and troubleshoot automation systems to improve equipment performance and reliability. Maintain robotic systems, including end-of-arm tooling, safety devices, and peripheral equipment. Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Analyze root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Assist with machine installations, equipment upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, including maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment manuals. Ensure compliance with company safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency. Support process improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, equipment reliability, and cost reduction. Required Qualifications Experience working with CNC machines, including mills, lathes, machining centers, and/or multi-axis equipment .
Strong knowledge of:
PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent Industrial electrical systems Pneumatic and hydraulic systems Servo drives and motor controls Industrial robotics Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) HMI and machine-control systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Experience using maintenance diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement.
INDMAIN Pay:
Up to $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
