A Photonics Technician is responsible for assembling, dismantling, installing, calibrating, testing, operating and repairing lasers. They also may perform alignment procedures, clean optics, integrate lasers with opto-mechanics parts, work on laser documentation and troubleshoot.

Job Core:
•Set up, program, operate, and maintain 5-axis & flat Mitsubishi lasers.Blueprint Reading:
Interpret technical drawings determine exact cut specifications.Safety & Teamwork:
Follow safety protocols and coordinate with production to meet deadlines.Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years operating Laser cutting machines (fiber preferred).Skills:
Proficient in CNC/G-code programming and reading blueprints. Lift up to 50lbs. Training is providedPay:
