Full Job Description Mitsubishi Programmer Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor straightforward manufacturing equipment, ensuring a smooth workflow, and adherence to safety standards. Use basic hand tools, power tools, and mechanical devices to assemble components accurately and efficiently. Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of machinery as needed. Perform routine visual inspections of products and equipment to maintain quality standards. Support warehouse functions, including light material handling and shipping preparation. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing or factory environments is preferred Familiarity or comfort using basic hand tools, power tools, or working in warehouse settings is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks as required. Must live within 30 minutes of Grand Rapids, MI 49512. Clean background is required.
