Learn more about our culture and people here by clicking here: https://ias.ac/henrob-jobs Your role As a Integration Technician, your mission is to assemble, integrate, test, and troubleshoot dispensing systems and related components to support customer requirements. You will report to the Production Manager. This is a 1st shift opportunity: 6am-2:30pm. You will Assemble and integrate dispensing systems and related components.
Troubleshoot equipment using diagnostic tools and established procedures.
Perform quality inspections and functional testing.
Escalate issues affecting quality, safety, or delivery.
Complete production and quality documentation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety policies and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Ability to learn computer programs
Knowledge and skills in the construction, operation, and hazard recognition of electrical systems and equipment
Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings, and electrical schematics
Ability to use basic hand tools along with industry instruments including a voltage detector and caliper
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
Continuous improvement mindset: ability to implement new processes and ideas
Proven ability to work independently, prioritize conflicting tasks, manage time effectively, and make certain independent decisions
Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour work shift; 6 or more hours typically
Ability to lift up to 35-40 pounds periodically; lift assist available as needed.
High School Diploma or GED Required
