Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Instrumentation Technician to join our industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and instrumentation systems used in our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, proficiency in electrical diagnostics, and experience with industrial controls and automation systems. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to operational efficiency through precise equipment maintenance and innovative problem-solving. Daily Schedule/Shift 1st shift: 8AM

• MI•Milford Ability to solder small electrical components (e.

g. 0805, 0402, etc.) Experience with hot air reflow (e.g. IC replacement) Assist engineers in root causing failed electrical components Familiarity with bench lab equipment

• Power supplies, oscilloscopes, load boxes, flash tools Ability to create (design and build) wire harnesses Build Test Boxes / Breakout boards Mechanical assembly (hand tools)
• ability to assemble and disassemble controllers Ability to multitask and clearly document status per controller Technical responsibilities (preferred) Can follow Schematic Markup Printed circuit board (PCB) check out and visual inspections

• Associates Degree preferred but not required. High School Diploma is required Years of experience
• 8-10 years' experience required Electronics background (3-5 years of experience) Someone hands on and that can work independently Most of the team currently came from an automotive background which is nice and helpful, but not required
• Top 3 must-have hard skills
• Stack-ranked by importance 1 Ability to create (design and build) wire harnesses and Build Test Boxes / Breakout boards 2 Ability to solder small electrical components (e.g. 0805, 0402, etc.) 3 Familiarity with bench lab equipment

$35.00
