Assemble, disassemble, and test complex prototype hardware. Evaluate vehicle ride quality for comfort and handling, translate vehicle behaviors into performance adjustments, and recommend changes aligned with customer goals.
Accurately document all component changes and findings throughout every tuning stage. Execute tests per procedures, perform basic troubleshooting, identify root‑cause issues, and report any design concerns to the supervisor. Build additional prototype replicas once the initial unit meets customer requirements, and maintain tools, equipment, and ride kits in proper condition. Adhere to safety and

Perform ride development testing and validation independently both on-site and at customer locations, coordinating schedules and leading kick‑off and ride‑tuning events.
