You should be comfortable interacting with customers, setting up basic home networks, and spending part of your day working outdoors.

DAILY TASKS

Install, terminate, and test fiber optic cables at customer locations. Set up and configure network equipment, modems, and routers for optimal internet service. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fiber connectivity. This includes post installation issues across our entire customer base. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls. Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining the installation process and answering any technical questions. Collaborate with the installation team and report issues to supervisors as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

Knowledge of Public Act 174 (Miss-Dig). High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift 50 -100 pounds. Effectively manage high stress situations. Basic home networking.
