We are looking for a ConfigurationTechnician to support a high-volume equipment preparation effort. This position focuses on readying network video recording systems and related hardware for field deployment through careful setup, validation, and quality checks. The ideal candidate is comfortable working hands-on with computer and device hardware, following defined procedures, and collaborating with a technician team to keep projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare network video recorder units and connected devices for deployment by completing setup, programming, and system configuration tasks.
• Configure camera hardware and supporting components to align with project specifications and operational requirements.
• Apply asset labels and identification markings accurately to ensure equipment can be tracked and deployed without delays.
• Upload configuration files and device data, confirming records are complete and properly associated with each unit.
• Test connectivity and basic functionality across hardware components before release to the field.
• Diagnose and resolve routine hardware or configuration issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.
• Follow established work instructions and quality standards while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced production setting.
• Partner with other technicians to coordinate staging activities and confirm equipment is fully deployment-ready.
• Support project-related device updates or process-driven configuration changes as assigned within the staging workflow.
