Contract & Contract-to-Hire About the Role We're building a proactive pipeline of Engineering / Electrical Engineering Technicians to support product development, testing, and manufacturing support in a medical device environment. This role works closely with engineers to troubleshoot, test, and improve products that directly impact patient outcomes. This is ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on problem solving and want exposure to engineering teams without being placed in a purely desk-based role. What You'll Do Support engineering teams with testing, troubleshooting, and validation activities Set up and execute electrical, functional, or system-level tests Assist with prototype builds and product evaluations Document test results, procedures, and findings Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Experience as an Engineering Technician, electrical background, or similar hands-on technical role Ability to read schematics, test plans, or technical documentation Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Comfortable working onsite in a regulated environment Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred Nice to Have Medical device or regulated industry experience Exposure to LabVIEW, test equipment, or automated testing Validation or documentation experience Interest in growing into advanced technician or engineering roles Brooksource, Medasource, and Calculated Hire are part of the Eight Eleven Group family of companies and operate under Eight Eleven Group, LLC.
