In this vital role, you will ensure that all mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and safety systems are thoroughly inspected, repaired, and prepared for optimal performance. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and maintain the highest quality of facility readiness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex maintenance projects. Responsibilities Inspect vacated units and complete a move-out/turn checklist to identify repair, cleaning, and painting needs Perform general repairs: drywall patching, caulking, door/hardware adjustments, minor plumbing and electrical fixes, appliance troubleshooting Paint walls, trim, and ceilings as needed; touch up or repaint full units per property standards Coordinate and/or perform deep cleaning of units, including carpets, flooring, and fixtures Replace or repair flooring, blinds, light fixtures, and other unit components as required Complete turns within the property's target timeline Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding chemical handling, ladder use, and PPE Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in apartment turnover, or general construction/repair (property turnovers experience preferred) Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques Valid driver's license Excellent communication skills for clear documentation and team coordination. Skills Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work Ability to manage multiple units/timelines simultaneously Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Comfortable using hand and power tools Good communication skills for coordinating with property management staff and vendors Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision Hours Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Occasional Weekends Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
