Job DescriptionAs a Slot Technician I or II, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing gaming machines and equipment to the highest operational standards. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring optimal machine performance and guest satisfaction.
Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions with precision and efficiency.
Identify and isolate electronic faults at the board level, escalating complex issues to senior-level slot technicians as appropriate.
Interpret and accurately apply technical information from repair manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Maintain clear and effective two-way radio communication with team members and supervisory staff.
Develop and maintain current knowledge of emerging slot products, equipment innovations, and industry advancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute immediate, periodic, and comprehensive overhaul maintenance on gaming machines, equipment, and hardware components.Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions with precision and efficiency.
Identify and isolate electronic faults at the board level, escalating complex issues to senior-level slot technicians as appropriate.
Interpret and accurately apply technical information from repair manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation.
Maintain clear and effective two-way radio communication with team members and supervisory staff.
Develop and maintain current knowledge of emerging slot products, equipment innovations, and industry advancements.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of gaming machine mechanics, electronics, and electrical systemsDemonstrated proficiency with hand tools and power toolsAbility to interpret technical documentation, repair manuals, and equipment schematicsPhysical capability to perform sustained standing and walking throughout assigned shiftsPhysical capability to perform bending, kneeling, and crouching movements required for equipment repairCapacity to safely lift, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 80 poundsAbility to obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications as required by positionPreferred Qualifications:
