We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert maintenance and repair services to our customers' hot tubs throughout the St. Louis Metro area. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth, a provided company van, and comprehensive benefits.Responsibilities:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues in hot tubs and spas Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing on all hot tub models Provide clear, professional explanations to customers about repairs and recommended services Maintain detailed service logs and records (parts used, time spent, customer notes) Respond to emergency repair requests as needed, including after-hours and weekend calls during freezing weather Build lasting customer relationships through excellent communication and punctuality Work safely and efficiently in outdoor environments, including all weather conditions Keep a clean, organized service vehicle and work areaRequirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ years of experience in hot tub, spa, or comparable HVAC/plumbing service Proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems Knowledge of hot tub components, systems, and safety protocols Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather Valid driver's license and clean driving record Flexibility to work emergency call-outs as needed (evenings/weekends rare)Preferred Qualifications:
