A well-established material handling equipment company in Fenton, MO is hiring an Equipment Repair & Refurbishment Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish equipment. Duties & Responsibilities Inspect, troubleshoot, service, repair, upgrade, and refurbish equipment at the Fenton facility. Perform preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective repairs, and equipment testing. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic issues using hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills. Plan and complete repairs using efficient, cost-effective service methods. Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and related updates. Track and manage spare parts while maintaining proper security and traceability. Identify additional service or repair needs and communicate them to management. Follow established safety procedures, quality standards, and company service processes.
Requirements Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year of experience in a technical discipline or equivalent product knowledge. Hands-on mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic repair skills. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills. Ability to safely operate equipment for testing, inspection, and repair purposes. Ability to maintain accurate service and repair documentation. Comfortable using basic computer systems for email, service documentation, parts tracking, and work records experience with SAP or similar systems is helpful. #BJ1Compensation:
