In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial hoists and lifting equipment, ensuring safety, reliability, and optimal performance. Your expertise in electrical systems and mechanical components will drive operational excellence across diverse manufacturing and industrial environments. Duties Diagnose and repair electrical components of industrial hoists, including motors, sensors, sensors, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and distributed control systems (DCS) Conduct calibration and precision measurements using instruments such as ohmmeters and calibration tools to ensure equipment accuracy Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, AutoCAD drawings, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively Perform preventive maintenance on hoist systems, including inspections, mechanical adjustments, and sensor calibrations Install new hoist systems or upgrade existing ones using industry standards and best practices Document all service activities thoroughly and communicate technical findings clearly to clients Requirements Proven experience as an industrial electrician with a background in electrical systems, and mechanical maintenance Familiarity with E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) systems within manufacturing or industrial settings Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), sensors, calibration procedures, schematics, and vision inspection systems Experience working with high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems safely and effectively Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as ohmmeters for diagnostics Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interpret complex schematics accurately Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills for field service interactions Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards 50% Travel Join us as an Industrial Hoist Service Technician (Electrical) to leverage your technical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
