We are searching for a hands-on electronics technician to support our design and production teams. An exceptional candidate will play a key role in building, testing, and troubleshooting our products — from early prototypes through production release — and will have the opportunity to grow with a team bringing innovative, industry-leading products to market. Responsibilities Assemble, modify, and rework electronic prototypes, including through-hole and surface-mount soldering. Perform bench testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic assemblies to the component level. Set up and operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, electronic loads) and build simple test fixtures and harnesses. Support the transition of designs to production, including first-article builds, BOM verification, and resolving component and vendor issues. Program and flash microcontrollers and load firmware onto production and prototype units. Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to identify root cause of failures and implement corrective actions. Document test results, build procedures, and work instructions for future reference. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe lab and work area, including calibration and upkeep of test equipment. Requirements Associate degree in Electronics Technology or a related field, or equivalent work experience (including military or trade school training). Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, and bills of materials. Proficiency with hand soldering, rework, and basic assembly tools; comfortable working with fine-pitch surface-mount components. Working knowledge of common test and measurement equipment and standard troubleshooting methods. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail, with strong documentation habits. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Familiarity with automotive electronics, lighting products, or power electronics. Experience with

workmanship standards. Exposure to Altium or similar ECAD tools for viewing schematics and PCB layouts. Basic scripting or programming experience (C, Python, or LabVIEW) for test automation. Mechanical aptitude and experience integrating electrical components into larger assemblies. Experience with cable and harness fabrication, crimping, and wire termination.
