Equipment Manager

Harry L. Jones Golf Course, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Equipment Manager! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Performs troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of equipment, including mowing equipment, tractors, power tools, hand tools, golf carts, and related golf equipment Maintains a preventative maintenance program for all equipment; purchases repair parts and replacement supplies Places orders for parts and supplies as needed; tracks expenses and inventory for budget purposes Trains all employees in the proper operation and maintenance of machinery and vehicles Incorporates safe work practices in job performance Performs other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent Prior golf course experience is a plus Knowledge of reel grinding is a plus Healthcare Benefits
