Join the growing team at Interactive Interiors, a leading custom audio/video sales and installation company. We are seeking experienced technicians who are ready to contribute to our rapid growth and take us to the next level. As an Audio, Video, and Home Automation Programmer/Technician, you will play a pivotal role in defining our culture while providing top-notch service to our clients. From custom home integration to project installations, your expertise will ensure client satisfaction every step of the way. Products and Services we focus on include but are not limited to Lutron, Ketra, Sonos, Ubiquiti, Luxul, Sonance, Elan and 2Gig.
Responsibilities:
Perform custom audio/video installations for residential and commercial projects in new construction and retrofit jobs. Install and program home automation systems, including lighting control, security, wired and wireless networks, shades, and more. Collaborate with fellow teammates to deliver exceptional customer service and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Work closely with the Project Manager to complete projects and exceed client expectations. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the AV industry through product training.
Requirements:
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude and excellent customer service skills. Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience with major home automation platforms, specifically Elan. Ability to lead and work effectively within a team. Knowledge of the Consumer Electronics industry. Previous experience in security installation is a plus. Ability to work both indoors and outdoors. Capability to climb ladders and lift up to 75 lbs. Familiarity with hand and power tools, as well as test equipment. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.
