Education:

Associate's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field We are looking for an experienced Electrical/Electronics Technician to support PCB/electrical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and prototype development for motor controller systems. What You'll Do Prototype, rework, assemble, and solder circuit boards in accordance with

Troubleshoot PCB/PWB-based embedded motor controllers , electrical panels, and test fixtures Perform electrical wiring, panel assembly, and prototype/breadboard builds Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, programmable DC power supplies, logic analyzers, signal generators, and electronic loads Build, modify, and document electrical test fixtures and setups Work with engineering teams to develop and test electrical prototypes Build simple electronic circuits such as op-amps, filters, and comparators Apply knowledge of controls and brushless motor theory Help maintain and manage a small electronics/motor-controller laboratory Take ownership of assigned projects and independently drive them through completion Document test procedures, setups, results, and troubleshooting activities What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience with PCB soldering, rework, electrical wiring, and assembly Experience troubleshooting both circuit-board and panel-based controllers/test equipment Strong electrical/electronics troubleshooting and debugging skills Experience with

soldering standards Practical understanding of electrical/electronic theory and its application Ability to independently take an open-ended task from start to finish Strong computer skills; experience with tools such as AutoCAD, Visio, Microsoft Office, Altium, or similar Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills Willingness to work hands-on with electrical prototypes and test equipment Experience working with voltages up to 350V Important Candidates will be required to complete a hands-on soldering and assembly test as part of the interview process. Candidates should ideally be local or regional to Raleigh, NC , Chanhassen, MN , or Tempe, AZ , with the ability and willingness to travel to Raleigh for the interview/testing process.
