$100K-$130K Rotating 4-On / 4-Off Schedule Multiple Immediate Openings A Fortune 100 industrial manufacturer is seeking experienced Industrial Electrical Technicians for its Lexington, NC operation. This is a hands-on troubleshooting role for technicians who can diagnose complex electrical and automated equipment issues—not simply install wiring or replace components.
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot industrial electrical and automated production equipment Diagnose PLC logic, inputs, outputs, and control-system faults Troubleshoot VFDs, motors, motor controls, and industrial power systems Read electrical prints, schematics, and PLC logic Identify root causes and complete effective equipment repairs Support equipment reliability and production uptime Work safely in a highly automated industrial environment What We're Looking For•: Strong foundation in electrical theory, motor theory, and industrial power Industrial PLC and VFD troubleshooting experience Ability to read and troubleshoot PLC logic Experience diagnosing equipment problems in the field Background in steel, paper, chemical, automotive, heavy manufacturing, or another automated industrial environment Stable employment history Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is highly preferred Navy Nuclear Technician experience is highly valued Candidates whose experience is primarily residential or commercial wiring, conduit installation, or wire pulling without industrial troubleshooting exposure are unlikely to be a match.
