Job description The Coax and Fiber Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of coaxial and fiber-optic telecommunications equipment. This role requires daily travel to multiple residential and commercial sites, ensuring efficient service delivery while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. The technician serves as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional and timely support to meet their telecommunications needs. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain coaxial and fiber-optic telecommunications equipment Perform troubleshooting and service repairs to resolve technical issues Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and industry standards Coordinate with dispatch and other field teams to optimize service delivery Engage professionally with customers at residential and commercial locations Complete daily service installations efficiently while meeting quality goals Conduct regular equipment maintenance and quality assurance checks Preferred Qualifications Valid driver's license for daily travel to job sites Experience with fiber optic splicing and coaxial cable installation Strong network troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Knowledge of safety protocols and time management Effective problem-solving skills

Pay:
