In this role, you'll install, maintain, and troubleshoot Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) services for residential customers—delivering reliable, high-speed internet from the utility right-of-way into the home. You'll represent our team with professionalism and ensure a top-tier customer experience with every visit. Previous experience is a plus , especially in telecom, satellite, cabling, or electrical trades—but it's not required. We'll provide hands-on training for driven, reliable individuals ready to build a long-term career. Many of our best technicians have transitioned from industries such as Spectrum, Dish, DIRECTV, alarm systems, network cabling, HVAC, and electrical work. Qualifications:
