The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving mechanical and electrical systems within the manufacturing facility to ensure improved uptime and efficiency. This role requires technical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The role is paid hourly in the $35/hr range, plus paid overtime.

Statesville, North Carolina job type: Permanent salary: $72,000 - 73,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment, including engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.

Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in 3-phase electrical systems (up to 480V) and mechanical devices using testing instruments and technical documentation.

Dismantle and repair defective parts using hoists, cranes, and various tools while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
