Primarily responsible for running and inspecting simple to medium complexity Production products/task per setup sheet/work instructions meeting quality specifications, completing paperwork using Join Resonetics and be part of a team that's redefining medical device manufacturing. If you're passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Complete applicable job paperwork and daily production report outs. Communicate effectively to other shifts any issues, changes, events, etc. Use applicable PPE and work in a safe manner. Complete work with a focus on quality and minimal scrap, NCMRs, and paperwork errors. Provide training on less complex production tasks. Assist with smooth and efficient handoffs between shifts, lunches, and breaks. Report quality and equipment issues in a timely manner. Perform consistently while meeting expected output and while staying on task with minimal distractions. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow instructions of the Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Resonetics policy and good safe labor practices. Conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance. Required Qualifications Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment High School Diploma or Equivalent or completion of primary school in Costa Rica. Willingness to work overtime due to business needs. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read and understand procedures and work instructions. Ability to do repetitive work for long periods of time while maintaining quality and throughput. Displays a positive attitude by maintaining a positive attitude and encouraging others. Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated or manual inspection equipment Familiarity with ISO Quality Systems particularly in medical device manufacturing. Use of optical inspection equipment. This may be defined as a magnifier, microscope, and/or equipment used for measuring capacity. Strong leadership and communication skills. Utilize QCBD for data collection, document retrieving, training, create NCMRs, process deviations, etc. Ability to print job related documentation for quality purposes. Ability to run and/or inspect newly developed processes that are less defined. Physical Demands Good dexterity, as many jobs require the handling of many small components. Standing, sitting, and walking for long periods of time. Ability to use a microscope, including manipulating small objects under a microscope. If working on a laser machine, the use of laser radiation (non-ionizing) sources will be used only in a manner that is safe for all Resonetics employees and visitors. The various wavelengths of laser light utilized at Resonetics will be taken into consideration in this and other personal protection policies by the laser operator. Compensation The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $17-24/hour Our company policy is that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must already be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
