Industrial Maintenance Technician (Boiler Experience Needed) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team in a high-volume industrial laundry facility. In this role, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial washers, dryers, boilers, conveyors, pumps, and facility systems to keep production running safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for maintenance professionals with manufacturing, production, plant maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or boiler experience. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Maintain and monitor boiler operations Repair and replace motors, belts, bearings, valves, sensors, and controls Support HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and water treatment systems Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime Maintain maintenance records and safety documentation Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures Qualifications 2+ years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or plant maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical troubleshooting experience Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems Ability to read schematics and technical manuals Boiler experience preferred Welding, fabrication, and PLC troubleshooting experience are a plusPreferred:
