Alpine Painting and Sandblasting, has years of surface preparation and coating application experience in a wide variety of facilities, including Warehouses, Hospitals, Manufacturing Facilities, or any project that demands commercial & industrial painting services. Responsibilities:
    Field Service:
    Travel to job sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring safe operation.
      Shop Maintenance:
      Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of equipment in our shop, including oil changes, engine diagnostics, brake repairs, and hydraulic system maintenance.
        Equipment Inspection:
        Conduct safety checks and inspections of tools, machinery, and vehicles to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
          Troubleshooting:
          Use diagnostic tools to identify issues and develop effective solutions for mechanical problems.
            Documentation:
            Maintain accurate records of all service work, including repairs, parts used, and maintenance schedules.
              Collaboration:
              Work closely with field crews, shop staff, and supervisors to ensure all equipment is operational and ready for use.
                Parts Ordering:
                Assist in ordering and managing parts inventory, ensuring that all necessary parts are available for repairs and servicing. Qualifications
                • 1-3 years of experience in mechanical repair, with experience in both field and shop environments.
                • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical components.
                • ASE certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
                • Willingness to travel to job sites and work in various weather conditions.
                • Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), work in tight spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks.
                • Strong communication skills to provide clear explanations of mechanical issues and collaborate with team members.
                • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
