Job Description
Maintains hospital grounds and property to include all outlying clinics.
Able to paint, tape, texture, repair small jobs, cement work. Must be able to repair minor electrical and mechanical situations. Ability to operate all equipment efficiently to perform all maintenance and grounds duties throughout Nor-Lea Hospital District Locations.
Ability to perform minor construction and repair projects.
Monitors and updates work order system to assure all request are completed in timely manner.
Maintains a safe, clean and organized work environment for all Nor-Lea Hospital District locations.
Conducts routine safety inspections and documents per state and federal safety regulations. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Proficiency Level Skill Intermediate Grounds maintenance Intermediate Minor construction/Repair projects Intermediate Communication skills - oral/written Intermediate Bilingual Experience At least six months of relevant work experience preferred. Education High School graduate or equivalent.
