Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform preventive maintenance on equipment with proven skills Troubleshoot and repair casino and property equipment Maintain logs on equipment Proficiency in all phases of operation of fire panels Recommend needed parts for purchase, order parts and services if needed Responds to radio, telephone, and verbal requests for maintenance and repairs throughout the property Assists technicians in their training and duties as assigned
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
Must be proficient and versatile in one or more building trades: electrical, painting/sheetrock, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and general mechanics Intermediate English reading and writing abilities Ability to work safely with power tools High School Diploma or equivalent work experience Some computer operation may be necessary Some technical or commercial training necessary Three (3) years minimum work experience Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair selected equipment Valid Nevada Driver's License Identification that establishes identity Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
