The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, hands-on, dependable, and enjoys troubleshooting and repairing equipment. Vending machine experience is not required. We are interested in candidates with mechanical or technical experience in areas such as HVAC, automotive, refrigeration, appliance repair, ATM machines, electrical/mechanical systems, maintenance, or similar fields. Training will be provided on our vending equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Test and inspect vending machines to determine proper functioning and identify causes of malfunctions. Troubleshoot and diagnose vending machine issues. Repair and refurbish vending machines and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and routine repairs. Use basic hand and power tools to complete repairs. Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs. Ensure machines are properly repaired, clean, and functioning before returning them to service. Respond to service needs and complete repairs in a timely manner. Travel to various client locations to service and maintain vending equipment. Assess equipment and identify parts or repairs needed. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used. Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service. Maintain client satisfaction at a level that supports account retention. Address customer questions and concerns and provide solutions when needed. Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good condition. Follow all traffic and safety regulations while operating a company vehicle.

Qualifications:

Previous mechanical, maintenance, repair, or technical experience preferred HVAC, refrigeration, automotive, appliance repair, ATM repair, or similar mechanical experience is a plus. Minor electrical and/or plumbing knowledge is a plus. Vending machine experience is a plus, but not required. Valid NV Driver License required Ability and willingness to learn how to troubleshoot and repair vending equipment. Positive customer service skills and professional communication. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Complete dependability and reliable attendance.
