In this role, you will be mostly responsible for final production of the products while supporting the development, testing, and troubleshooting of embedded electronic systems and circuit boards. Your expertise will help ensure the seamless operation of complex electronic products, contributing to the design, assembly, and maintenance of embedded systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced environment, where your skills will directly impact product performance and reliability. Responsibilities Responsible for product production - must have technical hands-on experience in electronics production for a minimum of 3-5 years Perform circuit testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting on electronic circuit boards and embedded systems utilizing diagnostic tools and electrical wiring techniques. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to support assembly and repair processes. Conduct root cause analysis on electronic equipment failures to identify issues related to circuit boards, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), or electro-mechanical components. Support manufacturing processes by assembling, soldering surface mount technology (SMT) components, and performing electrical assembly tasks with hand tools. Use scripting languages such as Python or CAD scripting tools to automate testing procedures or streamline troubleshooting workflows. Maintain detailed documentation of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities following industry standards such as NEC (National Electrical Code). Skills Experience in the production of IoT or similar devices Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles including circuit design, schematic reading, and interpretation of electrical blueprints. Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation) for creating or modifying electrical schematics and layouts. Experience with PCB design and troubleshooting electronic circuit boards. Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment. Ability to perform equipment troubleshooting and maintenance on electronic systems using hand tools and surface mount technology (SMT). Familiarity with programming languages like Python for scripting automation or data analysis tasks related to embedded systems. Mechanical knowledge related to electro-mechanical components and assembly processes. Experience with manufacturing environments including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations), equipment repair, and electrical system diagnostics. Understanding of electrical wiring standards including NEC compliance for safe installation and operation of electrical systems. Ability to interpret schematics for complex electronic systems involving circuit testing, debugging, and repair of electronic equipment.
