Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our production team in Farmingdale. We are looking for a skilled professional with a background in automated systems and high-speed machinery to ensure our facility operates at peak efficiency.

As an Electro-Mechanical Tech, you will be the frontline support for our high-speed pharmaceutical packaging and production lines. You will leverage your expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and optimize complex equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Experience & Skills Industry Background:
Proven experience working in pharmaceutical packaging or production environments.
Electrical Mastery:
Deep understanding of electrical control systems, circuitry, and PLC logic.
Mechanical Expertise:
proficiency in pneumatic systems, gearboxes, and high-speed moving parts.
Efficiency:
Ability to work independently under pressure to restore production flow during critical breakdowns.
