Job Description

Job Summary Our client is currently seeking a technically skilled and dependable Slot Technician for an opportunity at Seneca Niagara. The Slot Technician will assist with the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of slot machines and related electronic gaming equipment. This position is ideal for someone with strong electrical/electronic troubleshooting skills who enjoys diagnosing and resolving technical problems. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair slot machines and related equipment Diagnose electrical, electronic, mechanical, and equipment-related problems Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections Install, configure, test, and maintain gaming equipment as required Repair or replace components, wiring, displays, power supplies, and other equipment components Use diagnostic equipment and hand tools safely Read technical manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment documentation Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions Document maintenance and repairs as required Maintain organized tools, parts, and work areas Work professionally around guests and casino personnel Follow applicable security, safety, regulatory, and operational procedures Qualifications Previous slot technician, electronics technician, field service technician, maintenance technician, or similar technical experience preferred Casino gaming-equipment experience is highly desirable Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting abilities Experience using multimeters and diagnostic equipment preferred Ability to understand schematics and wiring diagrams Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team Strong attention to detail Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, may be required Reliable transportation to Niagara Falls Must be able to satisfy applicable background, licensing, and pre-employment requirements Candidates with experience in electronics repair, gaming equipment, vending equipment, field service, electrical maintenance, arcade equipment, or electromechanical troubleshooting are encouraged to apply.
