We are seeking a PLC Systems Integration Technician to configure, program, and maintain the PLC-driven systems that control our plant equipment. This role is well suited for a candidate who understands how PLCs work at a deep level and enjoys both the hands-on panel-building side of the work and the programming side. This is a strong opportunity for someone who values safety, takes pride in safe, accurate work, and is interested in learning the systems and additional skills needed to succeed in the role. Key Responsibilities Understand the internal workings of PLCs to configure them for plant systems Program systems logic for the control and operation of equipment Analyze systems and build monitoring/alarm logic to flag issues Check with operators on any issues and troubleshoot logic Handle systems modifications and new installations Make program changes as needed for better efficiency Build control panels in house, including system design and mounting/wiring components Work with operations and engineering to help develop requirements for new systems Required Qualifications PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley experience HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming experience Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) Preferred Qualifications HMI (Human Machine Interface) programming experience, preferred Clear communication skills for coordinating with operators and documenting system changes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with operations and engineering teams Clear communication skills for coordinating with operators and documenting system changes Detail-oriented approach to programming and panel building Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime may be available but is expected to be limited On-call needs are uncommon, but our teams respond together when support is needed
